Links Page - continued updates on the links page... edited information of tooltips for the links (tooltips may be viewed when mouse hovers on links; tested on IExplorer and Opera, works well; sorry doesn't work in Firefox much to my dismay, will try to find a way; the splash image on the splash page and the menu links has one, too.).
